Barnwell Mountain

Anyone in the Texas area that it in to 4 wheeling needs to check out Barnwell Mountain in Gilmer. They have a really good thing going up there. There is something for everybody, from easy 1 rated trails to very challengin steep climbs on loose rock.

I must be doing something wrong. People are always asking for details about trails that are mentioned in this forum. 4x4Trails.net is a website devoted to 4x4 trail information. Gilmer is about 45 north of Tyler on highway 155, the writeup on the site is about my friends and their cherokees, its a sweet place man you ought to check it out.
