Lift expectations?

If anybody is running 4.5" front springs from either Rusty's of Rubicon Express with a heavier bumper and winch, how much sagging did you get? I've got a budget boost (2" front spacer and extended shackles) and I want to get up to about 5" to fit 32x10.5 Super Swampers. I need to know what to expect as I've heard so many different numbers from different kits. I've heard Rusty's 4.5" XJ coils net 6" and Rubicon Express ZJ coils net 7"? I'd like some actual numbers from those with experience?

I have no personal expeirnce but i know for a fact that you can run 33's on a wrangler with a 4 inch lift and probably 3 is no problem for a cherokee i realy dont know
