Cool

Dragon, I got a tip from Scott that you were near my area of Buena Vista. I'm looking for people to wheel with this summer. Would you be interested some time?

Karen,
Yes anytime. I take the family wheeling/exploring almost weekly. We have two 4Runners one stock one not, and we do everything rated 1-9.
Always looking for people to hook up with.
How about tomorrow OCG?

Dragon,
I would love to run C.G. & meet the family, but I already have clients scheduled until about noon or so Saturday. I have a modified '74 CJ5, 4" lift, lockers front & rear. Quite the cool little toy! It's #7 in the long line of Jeeps I've had. I do run a small problem with the rock ledge up Chinaman's, not long enough wheelbase, usually end up getting winched, or take the far right line. But I'm totally open to any other time. I quit work at noon Sat. and am off until Tue. noon if this helps in planning trips. We're taking a 3 day trip to Ouray area Sept. 13-15 if you want to think about going. Black Bear & Poughkeepsie Gulch are always fun!

Karen
Noon is to late for me, but I'm sure we can work something out soon.

If you want to come along, I plan to be at Gunsmoke Truckstop off of 285/24 near BV around 10:00 AM.
Let me know if you are coming.

Cool

Dragon,
Let me know when you're going again, and I'll arrange my schedule accordingly as long as I know a little in advance. Thanks again, and have fun up Chinaman's!

It was a good day.
Another solo run through OCG.
Threatened weather all day, got wet from hail/snow a couple of times, just enough to make it a little slick, but it was fun.
