The north end. The gate is just north of 351 and 327. Last weekend the sign said the gate was closed, but it really wasn't. I understand the gate is locked on Dec. 1.

I'm always up for a run. I was roaming around Rampart Range last weekend in the snow (which got to be interesting in spots) trying out my new chains. Give a yell when you come up with something you want to do.

Oh yeah, this weekend a bunch of us are playing rescue for the Forestry's Xmas tree cutting program up on Rampart Range. We are supposed to meet at 8:00 a.m. Saturday and Sunday. Give a yell if you want more detail.

Old Chinamans (near Buena Vista) can be run in the winter depending on how much snow.

China Wall (near Tarryall Reservoir/Puma City) is the same situation.

try above nederland in the caribue area there are a lot of trails up there, i know of 2 (505) that close but there are 3 more in the same area that could give u a challenge
