a couple of us ran around the Herd Peak road and Strawberry Road area north of Winter Park this weekend. the main roads were fairly clear, with a few snow banks in the tree shadows. unfortunately, on a side trail i found out that i really shouldnt' try to take my tahoe thru 3' snow/ice drifts. it was rather disheartening to see my big beautiful baby being pulled out by a Cherokee. so much for that "Jeep Retreiver" sticker.....
