Toyota info needed

I have a 86 toyota pickup that I roled onto its side and I'm in the process of buying a 84 toyota that has no engine. This 84 is wired for a 22RE and my 86 is a 22R. I've been told I'll need to change the wiring harness. anybody have any expreince with this let me know. Also I was thinking of just buying a used 22RE motor to put in it. If have one for sale or know someone send me message. I hoping to pay around $100-$300 for a complete one.
